I recently had the honor of participating in a Live Draw at the Cleveland Exotic Dance Studio. I still need a lot of practice with painting. It definitely takes a little while for me to build any momentum up. I was, however, happy with the Scary Snowman that I painted. I might pick up a book soon to help with my fundamentals.
The sketching has picked back up for the Superhero game with me rethinking my "old lady" NPC design. I find the build of this one more interesting and will pursue it further. I really need to fix the flying animations and the thought of starting over on them is proving to be a little bit of a barrier to me starting again. I need to spend a little more time figuring out a good workflow and then jumping over that hump.
And finally, I started up my yearly diet again. I'm using the "chain" method to keep my motivated with my exercise. An X on every day forms a chain. And you will eventually dread breaking the chain. Definitely give it a try if you are looking to get motivated. Works for keeping up with daily sketches too.
|X = Got on the bike. X filled in = Got on bike twice.|
